We are now looking for an experienced BI Developer for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our clients in Finspång. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work closely with the business and contribute to developing data-driven approaches in an environment where the demand for BI support is high.

You will be part of a team that brings together various competencies to support the business in becoming more data-driven. The work is done in close collaboration with internal clients, which provides good business understanding and a clear anchoring in the needs of the business.

About the role

In the role of BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing decision support that creates real value in the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical specialists to develop sustainable and user-friendly solutions.

The team is growing, and there are high demands for structure, collaboration, and common working methods. The delivery pace is high, with a focus on both efficiency and quality. Since both Swedish and English are used in daily operations, you need to be comfortable in both languages.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on the needs of the business
• Collaborate closely with internal clients and other stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize needs
• Coach the business towards simple, clear, and effective BI solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers on requirements for the backend
• Work according to best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to ensure quality
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience with Power BI
• Extensive experience working closely with various types of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating with others
• Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
